Include your app version, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private mood notes unless they are necessary to investigate your request.
This same channel accepts privacy questions and deletion requests.
Common questions
Restore MoodLog Pro
Open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. MoodLog never receives your payment-card details.
AI cannot connect
Check your internet connection and confirm AI consent in Settings. Pro insights and weekly reviews also require an active App Store subscription. Your mood record remains saved even if AI is unavailable.
iCloud sync and backups
iCloud sync, backup export, and restore are Pro features. Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled for MoodLog. Exported backups are created only when you request them.
Delete data
Delete individual mood records in the app. Settings also lets you delete AI results and memories, withdraw cloud-AI consent, and turn off iCloud sync. MoodLog does not require an account.
